The Meshroom S is a compact 14.7L ITX case that handles full-size GPUs and 240mm AIOs with smart internal layout choices. Ideal for high-end productivity or gaming builds, as long as you’re careful with its fragile mesh panels.
The Meshroom S is a 14.7L ITX case that blends versatility, aesthetics, and compatibility, all in a truly compact footprint. While originally designed with portability and GPU flexibility in mind, it also proves to be a serious productivity machine when built around the right components.
The Meshroom S features an all-mesh exterior that allows for generous airflow and a sleek, minimal aesthetic. It’s available in several colors, but the all-white version used in this build looks particularly clean. The internal layout is centered around a somewhat adjustable spine that has an alternative position that lets you shift the motherboard closer to one side, which is key when trying to fit large GPUs like a 4090. The structural frame is solid and thoughtfully engineered, but the mesh panels themselves are delicate. They attach using stiff push pins that can easily bend if you’re not careful during removal.
With support for up to 4-slot GPUs and 240mm AIOs, the Meshroom S punches well above its size class. In this build, I paired it with a Ryzen 9 7950X3D and a massive 75mm-thick RTX 4090 AORUS card. To accommodate the GPU, the center spine was shifted and the GPU mounting rails were adjusted to their lowest position. This setup limited the CPU cooler clearance to just 54mm, so I used the Corsair H100i RGB Elite AIO — one of the only units that fit within this constraint.
You’ll also need to install the optional case feet if you’re using a longer GPU, as display cable clearance can be an issue otherwise.
If you’re looking for an SFF case that can handle large GPUs or even ATX motherboards without taking over your desk, the Meshroom S is one worth taking a look at. It supports powerful CPU cooling with front-mounted radiator options and thoughtful features like the adjustable spine and optional extension brackets. Just be cautious with the mesh panels during your build — they look great but are easy to bend.
